'Deborah Unger' (qv) was the first Canadian accepted into the
prestigious Australian National Institute of Dramatic Art. She made
her feature film debut in _Prisoners of the Sun (1990)_ (qv),
followed by roles in 'Chris Crowe' (qv)'s _Whispers in the Dark
(1992)_ (qv), _Till There Was You (1990)_ (qv), and _Highlander
III: The Sorcerer (1994)_ (qv). She acted in the award-winning
television drama _"Bangkok Hilton" (1989) (mini)_ (qv) with 'Nicole
Kidman' (qv) and 'Denholm Elliott' (qv), as well as HBO's _"Hotel
Room" (1993)_ (qv), directed by 'James Signorelli', and Showtime's
ensemble medical drama State of Emergency.
